Trillium Spring

Photo essay on the Jessup’s Falls park Trilliums.

Each spring the woods on the east end of the park are filled with flowers. The Trillium, a native species of the temperate regions of North America and Asia is also Ontario’s provincial flower. The White Trillium is most prevalent with a smattering of Red Trillium. Keep a look out for any drooping Trilliums! They are an endangered species!
